As the first GCAP Volunteer Director, my goal is to create volunteer opportunities that help students make a positive impact on campus and in our community. I want to build a strong foundation for service that supports GCAP’s mission and brings students together through shared values. I am passionate about sustainability because I believe that when we work together, all small actions can create meaningful change.

I would like to establish this new position as an avenue for change within our campus. I believe there are many projects that have been difficult to complete due to lack of volunteers. I know this student body is full of passionate people who care about the future of our planet and sustainability and I want to help organize avenues for them to be beneficial in developing and completing projects. 

My goals within my position and GCAP are to get more people involved in sustainability on campus and to continue to develop my own interest and involvement in sustainability.
